Roche Emmets GFC pride ourselves on being a ‘ONE Club’ which ensures all males & females within the club have equal status and a  ‘ONE Community’  which ensures we open our club to all members of the community be they involved in GAA Sports or not.

Our Main Sponsors Donal and Adele Corcoran from RT Finishing also see the value in being much more than just a sports club. The message from RT Finishing is  “ We feel mental health awareness needs to start being readily available for people who are struggling. We also feel the heart of our community is our GAA club and would like to set up a facility within Roche Emmets for people to have access to properly trained individuals and put something in place that will notice the signs and help those who are struggling”

RT Finishing have kindly agreed to offer 3 sponsored places on a Certificate In Mental Health Course which is run online and is a recognised qualification. There are 10 modules on the course and you are assigned a designated tutor. Any person who puts their name forward would need to be vetted to ensure absolute confidentiality.
