Our U7 boys and girls feasted on Saturday morning ice-cream under the sun - and they looked very happy about it!

It may not meet the standards of their typical high-protein diet which head coach Dermot Craven has them undertaking, but... it certainly hit the spot in the heat.

Rumour has it that Dermot's sweet tooth got the better of him too!
