The U12 girls picked up their first victory of the year in what was their maiden league outing away to Dundalk Gaels last Thursday.

Missing some key stars, the Emmets players really found form on the night to score a morale-boosting triumph.

Roche struck an impressive 3-10 on the occasion, a return which will have impressed their coaches – Martin McCourt, Marie McCourt, Claire McCourt and Caoimhe Treanor.
