Hunterstown Rovers 5-19 Roche Emmets 2-5

The junior ladies suffered a heavy defeat in Hunterstown on Friday night as their two-match winning run came to an end.

Up against Rovers’ first-team, the girls were always lagging and while having five different registrars, the outcome was never in doubt.

Hunterstown were 4-8 to 1-2 in front at the interval, Ellie Grant scoring Emmets’ goal.

The team face Dundalk Gaels in their round five fixture in Roche on Friday night.
